When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. A late fee of $10.00 may be issued on the 7th day of the month if rent has not been paid or communicated with the lessor.
How much notice should be given if I wish to move out?
A notice of one month is needed if the lessee wishes to move out of their storage unit. At that time, the lessee will need to return the key to the unit and the lessor will review the unit.
Is there a security deposit?
The lessee will need to pay the amount equal to one months rent as a security deposit. The deposit may not be used as the last months rent and will be returned to lessee upon termination of this contract providing all other rents and fees are paid in full.
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be mailed in by check to ATTN: Brodhead or Cardinal Mini Storage, N4401 Golf Course Rd Brodhead, WI 53520 or paid at the Bank of New Glarus in Brodhead. Auto pay may be set up at the Bank of New Glarus as well.
